Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to the owners of the site. Cookies can be "session cookies" (which expire when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them).
This policy explains what cookies Codaiq uses, why we use them, and how you can manage them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Minimal Cookie Approach
We believe in privacy by design. Codaiq uses only essential cookies — the minimum required to operate the platform.
We do not use:
- Tracking or advertising cookies
- Third-party analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics client-side cookies)
- Social media tracking pixels or cookies
- Targeting or retargeting cookies
- Profiling cookies
Our platform analytics are collected server-side via PageView events recorded on our infrastructure. This approach gives us the usage insights we need to improve the product without placing any analytics cookies on your device.

Essential cookies cannot be disabled without significantly impacting the functionality of the Service. As they are strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested, they do not require your consent under the UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations).
4. Third-Party Cookies
4.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)
When you complete a payment or visit a checkout page, Stripe, Inc. may set cookies on your device to detect fraud and ensure the security of the payment process. These cookies are set by Stripe directly and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe cookies are strictly necessary for payment functionality.
We do not have access to or control over Stripe's cookies. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
4.2 No Other Third-Party Cookies
We do not embed third-party advertising, social media widgets, or analytics scripts that would set cookies on your device without your knowledge. All platform analytics are handled server-side.
5. How to Manage Cookies
You can control and manage cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the Codaiq platform.

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. As we do not engage in behavioural tracking, our service already respects the spirit of Do Not Track by default.
