Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of conduct required when using the Codaiq platform and any websites hosted through it. It applies to all users, whether on the Free Tier or any paid plan.
This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using Codaiq, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
CODAIQ LTD reserves the right to investigate and take action against any use of the Service that violates this AUP, at our sole discretion.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use Codaiq to create, publish, host, or distribute:
2.1 Illegal Content
- Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Content that facilitates, promotes, or instructs illegal activities
- Content that violates export control laws or trade sanctions
2.2 Harmful or Dangerous Content
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence, self-harm, or harm to others
- Content that sexualises minors in any way — this is a zero-tolerance policy and will be reported to law enforcement
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism, or radicalisation
- Instructions for creating weapons, including biological, chemical, or explosive devices
2.3 Malicious Software & Security Threats
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful software
- Phishing pages designed to steal credentials, financial information, or personal data
- Pages that impersonate legitimate organisations, brands, or individuals
- Cryptomining scripts or other resource-hijacking code
2.4 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Websites primarily designed to generate or facilitate spam
- Bulk unsolicited commercial email campaigns
- Content designed to manipulate search engine rankings through deceptive means (black-hat SEO)
2.5 Hate Speech & Harassment
- Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or other protected characteristics
- Content that harasses, intimidates, bullies, or threatens individuals
- Doxxing — publishing private information about individuals without their consent
2.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
- Counterfeit goods listings or pages
- Pirated software, media, or content distribution
2.7 Deceptive & Fraudulent Content
- Fraudulent investment schemes, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes
- Misleading health claims, fake medical advice, or unproven cures
- Deceptive advertising or misleading commercial practices
- Fake reviews, fake social proof, or fabricated testimonials
3. Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Codaiq platform to:
3.1 Platform Abuse
- Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions
- Create multiple free accounts to bypass Free Tier limitations
- Use automated scripts to generate excessive numbers of websites
- Share account credentials with others
3.2 Technical Abuse
- Conduct or facilitate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in the Codaiq platform without authorisation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
3.3 Reverse Engineering & Data Extraction
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Codaiq platform
- Systematically scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform using automated tools
- Attempt to extract, reproduce, or replicate our AI models, prompts, or underlying technology
3.4 Reselling & Competitive Use
- Resell or sublicence access to the Codaiq platform without our prior written consent
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
4. AI Content Guidelines
When using Codaiq's AI features to generate website content, you must:
- Review AI output before publishing. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended language. You are responsible for the content you publish.
- Not attempt to manipulate the AI into generating content that violates this AUP or our Terms of Service through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other manipulation techniques.
- Comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content in your jurisdiction, including disclosure requirements where applicable.
- Not claim AI-generated content as original human-authored creative work in contexts where such claims would constitute deception (e.g. academic submissions).
We do not guarantee factual accuracy, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. The user bears full responsibility for reviewing and approving content before publication.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on a Codaiq-hosted website that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to:

Please include: the URL of the offending content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We will investigate and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
For urgent reports involving illegal content (particularly CSAM or imminent threats), we will escalate to the appropriate authorities without delay.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to AUP violations, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where the severity warrants immediate action:
- Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a formal warning and require corrective action.
- Content removal: We may remove specific content or unpublish websites that violate this AUP.
- Temporary suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account while we investigate a reported violation.
- Permanent termination: Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.
- Legal action and reporting: For violations involving illegal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations.
Our failure to act on a specific violation does not constitute a waiver of our right to act on future violations.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of Codaiq after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
