Refund Policy

We stand behind our product. All subscription plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Subscription Plans — 14-Day Guarantee

If you subscribe to any Codaiq paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.

  • The 14-day window begins on the date of the first charge for that subscription.
  • Refunds cover the initial subscription fee only.
  • Subsequent renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day guarantee, except at our discretion.
  • If you upgrade your plan, the 14-day window resets for the new plan's first charge.

2. Lifetime Deal — 30-Day Guarantee

The Codaiq Lifetime Deal ($499 one-time payment) comes with an extended 30-calendar-day money-back guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • After 30 days, the Lifetime Deal payment is non-refundable.

3. Credit Packs

Credit packs (additional AI generation credits purchased separately) are subject to the following policy:

  • Unused credits: Fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the credits in the pack have been consumed.
  • Partially used credits: We may offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion at our discretion.
  • Fully consumed credits: Non-refundable once all credits in the pack have been used.

4. Annual Plans — Pro-Rated Refunds

If you have subscribed to an annual billing plan and wish to cancel before the year is up:

  • Within 14 days of the annual charge: full refund available.
  • After 14 days but before the year ends: we will consider pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the annual subscription on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Charges resulting from failing to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Downgrade or plan change fees (if applicable)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us: Send a refund request to info@codaiq.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your account email address and the reason for your request.
  • Billing portal: Cancel your subscription via your Codaiq billing portal and then contact us to initiate a refund if within the eligible window.

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

  • All refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
  • We do not issue refunds via bank transfer, store credit, or any alternative method unless the original payment method is no longer valid.

8. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have additional statutory rights beyond this policy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or applicable EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes those statutory rights.

Please note that by accepting these Terms and using the Service, you may be waiving your right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services that have already been fully performed, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee provides equivalent or greater protection.
